"The courier makes or breaks the seller..."
The quality of sellers really hinges on the courier they pick for shipping their products. Took a whopping 17 days from when it was sent out to when it finally arrived. On the bright side, it was packed up really nicely.

"White Wine Experience"
I purchased a couple of cases of wine, one red and one white, and I started them on April 26, 2022. The red is fermenting well, but the white isn't bubbling at all and has some white bits floating on the surface. Can you provide any insights on this? Thanks, Mr. T J White.

"Placed my order Tuesday night, got it by Thursday..."
I placed my order on Tuesday night and it showed up by Thursday morning at 10 PM. The packaging was top-notch; I honestly can't spot a single flaw.

"Fantastic, can't find a flaw"
Absolutely fantastic. Prices are really good. Got my delivery the next day without any extra fees after spending £70 on 5 Young's lager kits and sugar. Everything was packed nicely, and they kept me in the loop during shipping.

"Awesome prices and service."
I placed an order for a few things on Monday night. They got shipped out on Tuesday, and I got them through Royal Mail on Friday around noon. Ballihoo really impressed me with their service. The prices were super competitive, and one item (finings) cost me half of what I usually spend. I’ll surely be ordering from them again. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

"Great support from the team"
I ran into an issue with a fermenter, and they promptly sent me a replacement at no cost. The Furnace Green Brewer is solid!

"Pressure barrels not worth it"
This is my second buy; the first one was alright. The two pressure barrels I got are totally ineffective—they don’t hold any pressure at all. Best to steer clear of these.

"Definitely a thumbs up"
Awesome service, fair prices, speedy delivery - and it’s tracked! Plus, you get an hour window for delivery, which I really like, so you ain't stuck waiting around all day. The delivery fee is pretty reasonable too - just £4.95 for as many items as you want.
